20FT Hard Open Top Container

On this 20FT open top, the steel roof lifts off completely and the door header detaches. Cargo is therefore lowered in from overhead rather than driven through the doors, which suits crane operations, gantry access and top-load handling of irregular or tall freight where vertical clearance is the constraint.

Frame and walls are CORTEN anti-corrosive steel and the unit is CSC certified, conforming to international shipping and structural standards. It is intended for contractors, recyclers and logistics teams that handle high-clearance equipment or non-standard freight.

Construction

• Removable steel roof. Opens the whole top face to crane-loading: heavy machinery, pipe sections, industrial castings and non-palletized cargo.
• Detachable door header. Additional vertical entry clearance at the front opening, allowing tall-frame lifting equipment or bulk insertions.
• CORTEN steel frame and walls. Weather-resistant steel construction for long-term duty in outdoor, cross-border or industrial yard environments.
• Marine-grade plywood flooring. A durable, load-bearing interior floor. Optional full steel flooring is available on request for abrasive or high-impact loads.
• Forklift pockets. Integrated base slots for safe maneuvering by forklift in warehouse, dock or job site conditions.
• Lockbox and vents. An internal lockbox keeps stored goods tamper-resistant. Wall vents hold moisture down inside the box, in transit and in long-term static use.
• Exterior coating. Standard finish in RAL 5013 Cobalt Blue, with alternative RAL color coatings available on special request. UV- and abrasion-resistant paint system.
