Overview
A high cube roofline adds vertical clearance without changing the standard 20-foot base footprint. The extra height is what makes the difference for taller cargo, stacked shelving and space-optimized dry storage.
The unit is built from anti-corrosive CORTEN steel, carries ISO 668 and CSC certifications, and is rated for full intermodal use across rail, road and sea. It works for freight transport, modular builds and on-site applications where vertical volume is the limiting factor.
Key Specifications
- External dimensions: 6.058 m (L) × 2.438 m (W) × 2.896 m (H)
- Internal dimensions: 5.898 m (L) × 2.350 m (W) × 2.698 m (H)
- Door opening: 2.342 m (W) × 2.585 m (H)
- Internal volume: 37.40 m³
- Tare weight: 2,150 kg
- Max payload: 28,330 kg
- Max gross weight: 30,480 kg
Measurements conform to ISO 668 standards for global intermodal deployment.
Structure and Fittings
- CORTEN steel construction. A durable, corrosion-resistant alloy that performs in harsh weather.
- 28mm marine-grade plywood floor. Built from 19-ply Keruing-Apitong hardwood; moisture-resistant, shock-absorbent and suitable for heavy loads.
- Passive ventilation. Condensation and internal humidity are held down by standard air vents, which matters for dry storage.
- Double-height locking system. Greater mechanical leverage and enhanced security for door operations.
- Forklift pockets. Welded base inserts allow efficient ground-level handling and relocation.
- Steel lockbox, welded. Protects padlocks from tampering and environmental wear.
- ISO corner castings. Match standard crane lift equipment and vertical stacking procedures.
- Exterior finish. Default RAL 5013 Cobalt Blue, with custom RAL color options available on request.
Best Use Applications
Dry goods storage
Construction sites, warehouses and inventory depots where the added height allows storage of tall items, stacked pallets or long-form goods.
Mobile offices or compact work bays
A versatile shell for office conversions and jobsite modular units, working from the high cube format.
Shelving or equipment housing
Multi-tier racking systems are supported, holding tools, raw materials and compact fabrication equipment.
Stacked installations
Compatible with multi-container layouts: industrial yards, disaster relief bases, space-constrained storage facilities.
Oversized freight transport
Takes tall cargo, custom machines and materials that run past standard height tolerances, without giving up the compact footprint.
Certification and Compliance
The container is delivered with:
- CSC plate. Valid for international intermodal transport.
- ISO 668 marking. Conforms to global container classification standards.
- Visual inspection report. Confirms alignment, flooring integrity and ventilation system functionality.
Dimensional and structural benchmarks are met for crane lifting, shipboard use, rail loading and flatbed freight.
