20FT Open Top Shipping Container

The roof section lifts off and the front header bar detaches. In every other respect this is a standard CSC-certified 20FT container, which means cargo too tall for a door opening, or cargo that has to be lowered in from above by crane, forklift or hoist, still travels by road, rail and sea on ordinary intermodal equipment.

Detachable header bar

Take the front-end bar off and front-loading clearance increases, which makes a forklift or telehandler far more efficient on a job site or in an industrial yard.

Heavy-duty tarpaulin

A weatherproof canvas tarpaulin ships with every unit, held down by tensioned locking cleats. Overhead coverage is complete, against rain, dust and UV, in transit or in storage.

Plywood flooring

Durable and forklift-ready, taking pallet jacks and industrial equipment. Rated for heavy-duty warehouse and job-site use.

CSC certified

The CSC plate makes the unit legal in intermodal shipping systems and clears it for road, rail and ocean freight with no modification and no compliance delay.

Steel beams, scaffolding, rebar bundles and machinery that will not pass through a standard container door. The same applies to modular bridge elements and precast components.

Heavy equipment handling

Large engines, turbines, generator sets and irregular mechanical assemblies that have to be craned into position, loaded from the top.

Industrial materials and fabrication

Dense raw material dropped in from above: metal coils, bulk rebar, aluminum extrusion racks, fabricated industrial units.

Restricted loading environments

Ports, crowded job sites and warehouse yards where rear or side access is blocked or simply unavailable. A fixed gantry or tower crane loads vertically instead.
