Overview
Two brand new components ship as one package here: a 1+1 double WC block, and a stepped effluent tank sized to serve it. The pairing is built for ground where a direct drainage connection is unavailable or impractical, and it holds up in both temporary and semi-permanent placements. Flexibility, efficiency and reliability all come from keeping the sanitation and the waste storage together.
Configuration: Double WC block with dedicated effluent storage
Condition: Brand new
Finish: Light grey toilet block; black waste tank with yellow nosings
Toilet block, measured
- Overall size: 8 ft long, 5 ft wide, 8 ft high
- Weight: approx. 750 kg
- Doors: 2 separate external doors, supplied with locking keys
- Color: light grey
Panel construction
The block is steel-clad and robust. Walls and roof are 100 mm insulated composite panels with a styrofoam core, wrapped externally in 0.5 mm powder-coated steel sheet. Specified that way for excellent thermal efficiency and reduced energy loss, the unit stays comfortable in varied weather conditions and holds up under long-term duty on active sites.
Stepped effluent tank
- Capacity: 860 gallons, approx. 3,900 liters
- Color: black, with high-visibility yellow nosings
- Weight: approx. 661 kg
- Size: 3.08 m × 2.51 m × 0.6 m
The stepped form gives stable placement. Lifting eyes are integrated for easy handling and positioning, 2 handrails allow safer access during inspection or servicing, and the tank is suitable for double WC connection. Holding effluent on site is what makes controlled waste management workable at remote sites, on temporary works, and at locations awaiting permanent drainage connections.
What buying the two together does
- One package covers both the toilet block and the waste handling
- Installation is less complex than sourcing the two items separately
- Placement stays flexible on sites with no immediate sewer access
- Setup and servicing cause less operational disruption
Deployment settings
- Industrial and utility projects
- Construction and infrastructure sites
- Festivals, events, and seasonal venues
- Temporary or remote work camps
- Standby sanitation while permanent facilities are under maintenance
Delivery and setup
The two components arrive separately, which lets each be positioned on its own. Site access has to suit off-loading equipment, and the tank should sit where a service vehicle can reach it for emptying. Final utility connections and compliance are governed by local site regulations.
Buyer guidance
The bundle fits operations that need immediate sanitation with no permanent drainage in place, that want a compact footprint carrying dependable capacity, that would rather have a durable steel unit than a lightweight temporary option, and whose site conditions may change and force a relocation.
